Notification Categories

Metric Alerts: Warns you if a project's DSCR falls below 1.0, Occupancy falls below 80%, or Cash Flow becomes negative.
Lifecycle Events: Triggers alerts for property tax due dates, lease renewals in 60 days, and insurance renewals.
Vendor Activity: Shows notifications when a vendor logs quotes or updates a milestone checklist.
Team Updates: Real-time notifications when team members modify financials or role configurations.
